TriStar Horizon Medical Center names Sarah Falade chief financial officer

TriStar Horizon welcomes Sarah Falade back to Middle Tennessee.

Dickson, Tenn. — TriStar Horizon Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is pleased to announce Sarah Falade as its new chief financial officer. Falade previously served as chief financial officer at HCA Healthcare’s Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

“We are excited to welcome Sarah to TriStar Horizon,” said Wyatt Chocklett, chief executive officer. “Her financial acumen and broad experience in healthcare make her an invaluable asset to our leadership team. Sarah brings a proven record of strategic thinking and operational excellence that will support our continued growth.”

‌‌Falade previously held leadership roles at LewisGale Medical Center and LewisGale Alleghany Hospital, where she led multi-facility financial planning and capital development initiatives - including a Level II NICU expansion.

‌Sarah holds a masters of business administration from Vanderbilt University, and a bachelor of science in business administration and accounting from Lee University.  She is a certified public accountant in the state of Tennessee.
