TriStar Health hospitals recognized among nation's top performers for patient safety

Six TriStar Health hospitals earned the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades, with two ranking in the top 5% nationwide and four ranking in the top 10% for patient safety. Additionally, four hospitals were named among America’s Top 250 Hospitals for overall clinical performance.

TriStar Health is proud to announce that six of its hospitals have achieved the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades. This national recognition reflects TriStar Health’s commitment to safe, patient-centered care and reinforces the reputation of its network as a leader in patient safety nationwide.

The following hospitals received the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award and earned national rankings for patient safety:

  • TriStar Skyline Medical Center
  • TriStar Summit Medical Center
  • TriStar Horizon Medical Center
  • TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center
  • TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center
  • TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center

TriStar Skyline and TriStar Summit ranked among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for patient safety. TriStar Hendersonville, TriStar Horizon, TriStar Southern Hills and TriStar StoneCrest ranked among the top 10% nationwide. TriStar Southern Hills is a new recipient of the Patient Safety Excellence Award.

Healthgrades evaluates hospital performance using objective measures focused on patient outcomes and clinical results.

In addition to these honors, TriStar Hendersonville, TriStar Skyline, TriStar StoneCrest and TriStar Summit were named among Healthgrades 2026 America’s Top 250 Hospitals for overall clinical performance.
