Tyler Rhoden announced as chief operating officer at TriStar Horizon Medical Center
TriStar Horizon welcomes Tyler Rhoden as chief operating officer.
TriStar Horizon Medical Center is pleased to announce Tyler Rhoden as chief operating officer. Rhoden will oversee operations at the 157-bed hospital, focusing on enhancing surgical care, cardiac care, inpatient rehabilitation, imaging and other services. Rhoden brings diverse healthcare leadership experience to the role, including strategic planning, operational excellence and oversight of growth initiatives.

Rhoden joins TriStar Horizon from TriStar Centennial where he served as the vice president of orthopedics, neurosciences and spine. In this role, he successfully led programmatic growth initiatives and served as the administrative lead for the TriStar Centennial Advanced Joint Replacement Institute. He previously served in a similar role for HCA Healthcare, overseeing the same service lines and supporting efforts to scale best practices across other HCA Healthcare hospitals.
Rhoden received his Master of Business Administration from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. He was a three-year letter winner on the Vanderbilt University baseball team and joined the Cincinnati Reds Baseball Organization as a pitcher upon graduation. He and his wife are proud parents to their two daughters.
