Becca Howard named vice president of operations at TriStar Summit Medical Center

Howard comes to Summit from TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, where she had a similar role.

Hermitage, Tenn. — TriStar Summit Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is pleased to announce that Becca Howard has been named vice president of operations.

Becca joins TriStar Summit with extensive experience in hospital operations and a strong focus on patient-centered care. She most recently served as vice president of operations and co-ethics and compliance officer at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, where she oversaw radiology, laboratory, food and nutrition services, environmental services, security and wound care. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she played an integral role in advancing strategic service line development and managing capital projects.

I’m confident she’s going to make a meaningful impact on our teams and help us continue to grow and serve this community.”

Prior to her time at TriStar Southern Hills, Becca served as assistant administrator at HCA Healthcare’s Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, where she gained valuable experience in hospital operations and leadership.

Becca earned her Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University.

She is a member of the Nashville Catholic Business League and is a participant in Leadership Catholic, Class of 2026.
