“I have visited hospitals before, but something about this experience was different.” began Tim Ritter, a family member of a previous patient at TriStar Greenview. “I’m a cranky, old man, and I have high expectations, but these folks are so friendly, and you can tell they are happy to do what they do."

“So often you encounter individuals who are just working for a paycheck, checked out, and wanting to be anywhere but where they are. That was not the case at Greenview.” Tim was impressed at how not only medical staff, but ancillary staff were all so helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. “At one point I accidentally got turned around and came to the wrong facility entrance. A gentleman saw me from the end of the hallway. He stopped what he was doing and walked out of his way to let me into the building and escort me to where I needed to go.”
From the moment Tim walked into the building he described an overwhelming sense of positive vibes throughout the facility.
