3D mammography
Our goal is to detect breast cancer at its earliest stage so you can begin treatment as soon as possible. 3D mammography screenings expedite the detection process. With this advanced technology, we can have more detailed and accurate results, which means a quicker diagnosis and fewer call backs.
3D mammography enables radiologists to inspect the breasts for abnormalities, layer by layer. With this in-depth look, it's easier to find small cancer cells that might be concealed by surrounding tissue. Multiple clinical studies have proven this imaging service to be valuable for all women, regardless of their breast type or density.
Benefits of screening for breast cancer
We partner with Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute to help fight breast cancer through advanced technology and patient-focused care. Regular screenings can increase your chances of finding breast cancer at an early stage, when treatment is more likely to be successful. Otherwise, a person with no symptoms may not find out they have breast cancer until after a routine mammogram.
Starting at 40 years old, it is recommended that women begin scheduling annual mammograms in addition to their other routine health checkups. For women who are at high risk of developing breast cancer, it is recommended that these screenings begin at 30 years old or when your doctor recommends.
