TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center proudly announces its recognition as a Top Workplace for the second year. This prestigious accolade, backed by comprehensive research and led by the Tennessean, is a testament to the positive culture the hospital’s exceptional employees have cultivated through the years.

“Our colleagues are what make TriStar Southern Hills such an exciting, diverse and inspirational place to work,” said Nick Howald, chief executive officer of TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center. “Our strong culture and exceptional employee engagement can be felt in the high-quality care we provide to our patients and community.”

The hospital previously was recognized as a Top Workplace in 2023. Employees anonymously provide feedback to the survey in areas such as engagement, company values, communication, inclusion, support, learning opportunities and work-life flexibility.

TriStar Southern Hills is a proud home to colleagues from 65 countries, speaking 35 languages, representing the rich diversity of the south Nashville community. The hospital's culture is fostered by daily department visits from leaders, open and honest dialogue, and a strong commitment to creating a healthier community.

“Our commitment to the community’s health is not just a part of our mission, but it's also a part of our identity. We continually seek ways to strengthen our connection with colleagues and community,” continued Howald. “Making a real difference in our own backyard engages our team and fuels why we are in healthcare. This values-driven, people-focused culture makes TriStar Southern Hills a great workplace.”
