We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Online registration

We welcome you as a patient. The main admitting area is located on the first floor of the hospital, just inside the main entrance. It is open for registration from 6:00am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. In addition, we are offering outpatient services on Saturday mornings. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your visit by calling (615) 695-7250.

Scheduling an appointment

To obtain an appointment for outpatient services please call Central Scheduling at (615) 768-2020. Our staff will work with you and your physician to arrange your appointment at a time convenient to your schedule.

Hospitalists

Hospitalists are physicians who specialize in hospital inpatient care and are usually internists. Your primary care physician has made them available to you in the event you require hospitalization.

If your primary care physician utilizes hospitalist services and you need to be admitted to the hospital, you will be admitted by one of our hospitalist providers. They will manage and direct your care while you are a patient in the hospital. Our providers work closely as a team, so you may see more than one of them during your stay.

Our hospitalists will keep your primary care physician informed of your progress while you are in the hospital. They are available to answer any questions you or your family may have regarding your plan of care.

Emergency department

The emergency department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. In addition to taking care of emergency patients, this department registers all after-hours admissions and patients who need outpatient testing. To make inquiries, please call (615) 768-2020.

We're here to answer any medical questions you have, like: Are my symptoms normal? Do I need to go to the ER or an urgent care? Is my child's fever too high? Are there new treatment options for my chronic condition? Just call our free, 24/7 help line — Ask-A-Nurse.

Surgical resources

Whether you are having surgery yourself or a loved one is having surgery, we are here to help make the process as streamlined as possible. Most procedures are eligible for registration, and on the day of surgery, you may also register for surgery text messaging, a service which informs you of your loved one’s progress.

At all TriStar Health hospitals, we make sure interactions between patients and physicians have a unique personal touch by offering concierge medicine. It allows patients to call, text or email their healthcare provider to both ask questions and schedule appointments. Unlimited access to personalized healthcare is available at your fingertips for an annual fee.

TriStar Health Ask-A-Nurse

Healthcare concerns can arise at any time. Day or night, we want to be there for you, so our Ask-A-Nurse service allows our expert nurses to be available 24/7 to advise on topics ranging from cardiac care to children’s health to orthopedics and men’s and women’s issues. While they can not officially diagnose conditions, they can provide you peace of mind through informative answers to your questions.
