Modern Healthcare's Top 100 Hospitals program recognizes TriStar Horizon Medical Center

TriStar Horizon Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, has been named one of the nation’s top hospitals in the medium community hospital category in the 2026 Modern Healthcare 100 Top Hospitals® Powered by Premier program.

The recognition is based on an evaluation of publicly available data, including Medicare Cost Reports, Medicare Provider Analysis and Review (MEDPAR) and CMS Care Compare. Hospitals are assessed on performance across clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, patient experience and financial health.
