Healthgrades awards Patient Safety Excellence Award™ to TriStar Summit Medical Center

The distinction, given for the second consecutive year, puts the hospital in the nation's top 5% for safety.

Nashville, Tenn. — TriStar Summit Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, announced today that it has received the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award™ from Healthgrades for the second consecutive year. This distinction places TriStar Summit among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for patient safety and reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care.
