TriStar Centennial Medical Center ranks among Tennessee's leading hospitals
Nashville, Tenn. — TriStar Centennial Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, continues to strengthen its position as one of Tennessee’s leading hospitals, rising to No. 3 in the state in the 2026-2027 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals rankings. The hospital also earned High Performing ratings, the publication’s highest distinction, in 13 specialties, procedures and conditions.

The latest recognition adds to a year of national honors for TriStar Centennial. Earlier in 2026, the hospital was named one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Top Hospitals powered by Premier for the ninth time and one of Modern Healthcare’s 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals for the seventh time, further demonstrating its consistent performance in strong patient outcomes.
TriStar Centennial received High Performing ratings in heart attack, heart arrhythmia, heart bypass surgery, heart failure, pacemaker Implantation, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), hip fracture, hip replacement, knee replacement, ear, nose and throat surgery, lung cancer surgery, leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, and colon cancer surgery.
The annual rankings recognize hospitals that demonstrate exceptional performance in patient outcomes, survival, patient experience and prevention of complications. Fewer than half of hospitals evaluated nationwide earned a High Performing designation.
