Smyrna, TN — TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, has named Ryan LeMasters as its new chief executive officer. LeMasters brings two decades of healthcare leadership experience from multiple HCA Healthcare facilities across the country.

Most recently, LeMasters served as chief operating officer at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, where he drove strategic growth and operational performance at one of the region’s most advanced hospitals. He expanded access to care, strengthened surgical services and improved patient experience, while helping secure more than $150 million in investments to enhance facilities and capabilities.

“Ryan is a proven leader focused on delivering positive patient outcomes while building a culture where colleagues feel supported and valued,” said Mitch Edgeworth, president of HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Division. “His experience, steady leadership and commitment to patient-centered care will help continue the meaningful work happening at TriStar StoneCrest and support its ongoing growth and impact in the community.”

LeMasters previously served as chief operating officer at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, where he expanded key areas including heart, cancer and women’s care, opened a Level III NICU and led investments in technology and facilities. He also served as chief operating officer at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, expanding access to surgical care, recruiting physicians and leading campus growth. LeMasters began his career with HCA Healthcare in 2006 at Swedish Medical Center in Denver.

“I am honored to join TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center and serve this growing community,” LeMasters said. “I look forward to working alongside our colleagues and physicians to expand access to high-quality care and build on the strong foundation already in place to better serve patients and families across Rutherford County.”

LeMasters earned both his MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Denver.
